Most placements close inside 6–10 weeks depending on visa lead times and trade certification requirements. Single point of contact for the duration.

Brief & scope

You provide trades, volumes, start date, contract length and accommodation arrangements. We confirm feasibility and an indicative rate card within 48 hours.

Stage 02

Source & vet

Our offices in India and Nepal screen candidates against your specification. Trade tests, document checks, medical clearance and reference verification.

Stage 03

Permit & mobilise

Work-permit applications, Schengen visas, embassy attestations, flights. We handle every document so the worker arrives fully ready.

Stage 04

On-site & beyond

Airport pickup, accommodation, induction, payroll, ongoing welfare and replacement guarantees. One accountable point of contact.
